Love this matress topper, made my soft matress much more comfortable. However, if there was an even harder matress topper option that would be even better.

We ordered a refurbish mattress topper with soft/mediumreversible options.
We bought a REM-fit medium/firm mattress (well made but very sturdy) which turned out to be too much of a firm mattress and actually gave us more aches, so we thought we’d try a topper, soft side up, (we went for refurbished as had already spent out in the new mattress) and I’m pleased to report that it’s now a pleasure to go to bed and have a restful nights sleep rather than waking up with aching hips and a back that felt as though I’d been hit across the shoulder blades with a cricket bat. This is definitely a great purchase. Not sure how we didn’t see the mattresses advertised before we did our search and bought the REM-fit and if the topper is a guide I would guess the mattresses would have been a better option from them (rather than the REM-fit).
Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and delivered well packaged. As the refurbished toppers have been cleaned for resale there is a light smell however I thought it was quite a pleasant, fresh smell, a bit like Febreeze laundry spray.
All in all a pleasurable business so thank you for selling quality products and helping the environment by offering refurbished options. Happy customers.

Comfortable, although disappointed with the thickness of the topper (although laid out to 'spring' to its full size by not sleeping on it for 5 days) measured as just over 3.5 inches. Disappointed with the cover as it has a charcoal pattern which shows through the sheet.
