We understand the excitement of wanting to get your hands on your new Brightr® pillow as soon as possible and have many options to ensure a speedy delivery. These include: 

Standard delivery

We aim to deliver within 2-4 business days in stock items, on average orders placed between 8am and 8pm. All standard deliveries to the UK on orders over £39 are free, although remote areas may be charged. 

Express delivery

If you’d like to receive your pillow faster, choose Express delivery, and we will aim to deliver it in 1-2 business days. 

Delivery charges are calculated based on the shipment weight and vary by country. We currently offer delivery to the following countries:

Non-Contact delivery

We’re currently offering non-contact delivery, which means that your parcel can be left in a safe place with no need for a signature. 

 

Rest of the world

Duties & Taxes

For all orders shipped outside of UK, customer is responsible for paying any taxes and import duties.
