Standard delivery

We aim to deliver within 2-4 business days in stock items, on average orders placed between 8am and 12pm. All standard deliveries to the UK on orders over £39 are free, although remote areas may be charged. 

Express delivery

If you’d like to receive your pillow faster, choose Express delivery, and we will aim to deliver it in 1-2 business days. 

Delivery charges are calculated based on the shipment weight and vary by country. We currently offer delivery to the following countries:

Non-Contact delivery

We’re currently offering non-contact delivery, which means that your parcel can be left in a safe place with no need for a signature. 

Duties & Taxes

For all orders shipped to EU countries, there will be no customs duty as we ship from our European hub. Any orders outside of Europe will be subject to customs duties, that customer is responsible for.
