You've got a up to 30 days to snuggle up and experience the comfort. And if they don't quite hit the snooze spot for you, no worries! You can return them for a full refund or exchange (excluding original shipping costs).


Adjusting to a new, more supportive pillow takes time, and we're all about making sure you get the best rest possible. That's why we encourage you to snuggle up with our pillows for at least 14 nights. It gives your body and the pillow a chance to get acquainted and cozy together.

But hey, we understand if it's not a perfect match. That's why you've got a generous 30 days from your purchase date to decide if it's the pillow of your dreams. If it isn't, no sweat! You can return it. (Just a heads-up, though – return shipping costs are on you.)

Oh, and a quick tip: Hold on to that original packaging! It's like the pillow's passport back to us. If the packaging goes MIA, it might mean a partial refund.

 Just roll your pillow gently back into the original box it came in, then place that snug box into a suitable outer box for a safe trip back to us. Oh, and don't forget to slip your order number and contact details inside.

Just drop it off at the local post office. And hey, don't forget to hold onto that tracking number – it's your ticket to follow your package's journey back to us! Once we get your return, hang tight for about 14-21 days. That's the magic window for us to process your refund right back onto your original payment method.
