We’re convinced that you’ll love Brightr® pillows and will be able to enjoy a better night's sleep, but if you don't, you have up to 30 days to return them for a full refund or exchange (excluding original shipping costs).


It takes time to get used to a new and more supportive pillow, therefore we ask you to try our pillows for at least 14 nights to give your body and the pillow time to adapt to each other. After that, you have up to 30 day to return your pillow. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or we can offer return label and deduct shipping costs from the final refund.

Please retain original packaging, as missing packaging will result in partial refund.

Your comfort is our main priority, however we care for our environment and want to lower environmental impact by reducing preventable returns. We kindly ask you to think twice before you order something and if unsure, please talk to our friendly customer service team.

Prepare your shipment

Prepare your package by rolling the pillow carefully back into the original box, place it in a suitable outer box and attach the return label to the outside of the box. If you have two or more pillows, that you would like to return, please pack them in one package. 

Sit back and relax

Drop your return package at the local Collect+ drop off point (if you selected option, that we generate return label for you). It takes 14-21 days for a refund to be processed onto your original payment method from the moment we receive your return.

All returned pillows are given to charities, or are sent to a fabric recycling programme which recycles them into new fabrics.
