We're confident that you'll love your new Brightr Sleep pillow, but if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns as simple as possible.
BrightrÒ Sleep pillows come with a 30-night sleep trial from the day you receive your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your BrightrÒ Sleep pillow for any reason, we are happy to help. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition and in it’s original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of stained, damaged, or incomplete pillows (missing parts or tags). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 100 days after delivery.
All other items sold the website are not covered by 30-night comfort trial, and can be returned only unopened & unused 14 day period after the purchase. Return costs are responsibility of the customer.
We care for our environment and want to minimize returns as much as possible. Please think twice before you order something and if unsure, which pillow is right for you – contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid preventable returns.
If you need to return something you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend reusing the packaging your order came in to lower your environmental impact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(The only instance in which we will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item.)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer free of charge exchanges, to exchange your pillow, start the exchange follow this link: https://www.brightrsleep.com/a/returns. If your exchange will be approved, you will receive return label and once we receive unwanted pillow, we will dispatch new one (pending payment of any price difference). Exchanged pillows are not covered with comfort guarantee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-7 days from our receipt date.
If your return is approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-21 days.
Orders are processed in 15 minutes after order is placed, therefore cancelling your order may not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at email@example.com. To provide our customers with the best possible experience, many orders ship within hours and cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
