30 night sleep guarantee

We’re convinced that you’ll love Brightr® pillows and will be able to enjoy a better night's sleep, but if you don't, you have 30 days to return them for a full refund.

Your comfort is our main priority, however we care for our environment and want to lower environmental impact by reducing preventable returns. We kindly ask you to think twice before you order something and if unsure, please talk to our friendly customer service team.  

It takes time to get used to a new and more supportive pillow, therefore we ask you to try our pillows for at least 14 nights to give your body and the pillow time to adapt to each other. After that, you can return them within the 30 days from the day you received them and we will pay for the return shipping. If you wish to return your pillow before the 14 day period, you can certainly do so, just you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please retain original packaging, as missing packaging will result in partial refund.

Due to hygiene reasons pillowcases and pillow protectors can be returned only unused.

Send us an e-mail to hello@brightrsleep.com and we’ll send you a return label or help you with an exchange. We offer free returns for all UK orders. Return costs for orders placed outside UK are the responsibility of the customer. 

Prepare your shipment

Once you have received your shipping label, print it at home. Prepare your package by rolling the pillow carefully back into the original box,  place it in a suitable outer box and attach the return label to the outside of the box. If you have two or more pillows, that you would like to return, please pack them in one package. 

 

Sit back and relax
Drop your return package at the local Royal Mail drop off point. It takes 14-21 days for a refund to be processed onto your original payment method.
