The maximum pillow height with 3 inner pillow layers is 16cm.
What is the size of this pillow?
All our pillows come in standard pillow 50x70cm size, which perfectly fit standard pillowcases.
Do I need to use a pillowcase with Brightr® adjustable pillows?
We recommend using a pillowcase for extra hygiene; however, you can sleep directly on the Brightr® copper infused pillow and enjoy the maximum benefits of copper.
What size pillowcase fits Brightr® pillows?
A standard 50x75cm pillowcase perfectly fits all Brightr® sleep adjustable pillows.
How firm is this pillow?
Brightr® Luna adjustable pillows can be adjusted from medium firm to soft feel.
Do I need to fluff the pillow?
We recommend fluffing the pillow regularly (preferably every night) to keep it looking and feeling fresh. The filling is specifically designed to “wake up” by simple hand fluffing.
Pillows arrive rolled in a box. Do I need to do anything before sleeping on them?
Once you receive your pillow and take it out of the eco-friendly box you will need to help the materials, which have been tightly compressed, to regain their original softness, volume and support. The best way to do this is by putting the inner pillow layers in a dryer for 15 minutes on a low heat or fluffing your pillow by hand for 2-3 minutes.
Is this pillow washable?
The Luna Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow has a machine washable outer cover, and the foam layers can be washed separately. We recommend you wash your pillow cover every 3-6 months.
Can I use it if I am a stomach/front sleeper?
Yes, you can adjust pillow height for sleeping on your stomach.
Can I use this pillow if I am a back sleeper?
Yes, you can adjust pillow height for sleeping on your back.
Can I use this pillow if I am a side/lateral sleeper?
This pillow is suitable for almost all side sleepers. However, if you have wider shoulders and need extra support, we would recommend that you add a few more pillow layers. Contact us for the extra pillow layers, if your pillow is not high enough for your needs.
How can I get more inner pillow layers?
Once you have received your pillow and prepared it for your first night’s sleep (read more here) and tested it, but feel that you would need more support, please contact us and we will help you create your perfect pillow by sending a few more pillow layers.
Are Brightr® pillows really more eco-friendly than standard pillows?
Yes they are. Every detail of the pillow has been thoughtfully designed and thought through to be more friendly to the planet. We use recycled fibres, upcycled from plastic waste as pillow filling and in the pillowcases, which creates 30% less carbon emissions compared to pillows made from virgin materials. There is no plastic used in the packaging of the pillows, they are packed in a fabric dust bag and recycled paper box. Our eco-friendly compact by design box saves 60% volume in shipping, cutting further carbon emissions.

We don’t use plastic in the packaging of our pillows in hope of reducing waste and keeping plastics out of oceans. The box is made from 100% recycled paper, plus it’s biodegradable. So if you choose to throw it away, throw it in the paper recycling bin so it can get another lease of life. Be kind to the environment and if you can, re-use the box your Brightr® Sleep pillow came in for storing your pillows or shoes. You can also use the storage bag to store spare IQillow™ layers or out of season clothing.

USE A PILLOW PROTECTOR To extend the life of your pillow, we recommend you use a pillow protector for an extra layer of protection from bodily fluids like sweat and oils that will eventually land on your pillow. Wash your pillowcase regularly to keep your pillows fresh.
HOW TO CLEAN IT The copper fibres in the pillow will protect your pillow from bacteria, mould and viruses, and will help with eliminating any odours. But for extra freshness, you can wash your pillow in a washing machine, we recommend adding tennis balls to your dryer to get back the original loft of the pillow. Please remove inner pillow layers and wash them separately from the cover.
FLUFF IT REGULARLY Show your pillow some love and fluff it regularly to bring the oomph back. The memory foam inside the pillow will lose some of their volume as time goes on but you can add some of the layers you’re not using to boost the volume, so you can use the pillow for longer.
We want you to have the best sleep experience with Brightr® Sleep adjustable pillows. Before your first night’s sleep on your brand-new pillow, please follow these simple steps to make it truly comfy and help it get in its best shape.
Brightr® Sleep adjustable pillows have been packed in a very tight eco-friendly box, saving 60% of space - helping to cut carbon emissions on delivery. Once you remove them from the box, they will need a little shake to wake up the materials inside.
Step 1 Once you receive your pillow remove your Brightr® adjustable pillow from the dust bag. Be careful not to damage the pillow.
Step 2 Unzip your pillow and put the inner pillow layers in the dryer for 10-15 minutes on low heat. The movement will allow the previously compressed filling to expand.
Step 3 If you do not have a dryer available, hand-fluff the inner pillows for 2-3 minutes. Once that's done, adjust the loft and firmness of each pillow by putting one, two, or all three inner pillows into the cover, depending on your preference, and zip. And that's it - enjoy your dream pillow.
